COMIRB Withdrawing Minor Modifications

As part of continuous quality improvement efforts, COMIRB will be auditing all initial submissions and withdrawing those that have not responded to minor modification requests within 30 days, as outlined in the minor modifications letter. COMIRB staff will reach out to affected study teams once more before withdrawing the submission.
If investigators are still interested in moving forward with a project after the submission has been withdrawn, a new Initial Application submission can be created and submitted under the same protocol record number.
