IRB members receive agendas and assignments one week prior to the meetings; accordingly, submission deadlines are generally a week or more prior to meeting dates, depending on availability (e.g., if an IRB panel's agenda is already full).
Extremely urgent submissions may be accommodated late if possible; email the COMIRB team if you have deadline questions.
