In an effort to streamline the information we receive from you to draft outgoing subcontracts, we will be incorporating some changes to our Subcontract Formstack and Subcontract Amendment Formstack this month.
These changes should clarify what information we need from you for certain required fields and allow us to gather new information about any human subjects data that will be exchanged with a sub site as a part of any project.
A quick summary of the changes are below. For more information on these changes, be sure to attend our Contracts Team Talk on the 29th of March!

You may have noticed an updated link in our award setup notifications related to access attachments. We have provided updated instructions in the A-Z section of our website related to viewing InfoEd attachments and the updated link in the notice will now take you there.
Below is how it is presented in the notification....
To obtain award documents, log into InfoEd and navigate to your proposal. From there you can find your award notice within the Attachments folder. For help with accessing attachments, please visit OGC Attachments Help. You may also access directly from the OGC website in the “I” section.

Billy joined the Billing Team last month. Billy is a Colorado native born in Fort Collins. He has worked for the past 10 years in Financial Services. His mother was born in England, and he obtained duel citizenship in 2009. He has been married to his wife for almost 10 years and they love to travel. He lives in Thornton close to East Lake and enjoys taking walks daily if the weather cooperates.
Tina Spencer
Tina joined the team on February14 as a Reporting and Data Analyst. She is originally from Gary, Indiana (yes, the city of The Jackson 5) and has nine siblings. She attended Tuskegee University until her husband proposed and they moved to Las Vegas. He received an assignment to Lowry Air Force base and they've been in Colorado now for 30+ years and have one son. Tina has worked in the telecommunication industry for 28+ years in various roles, Product Analyst, Revenue Assurance, Sr. Billing System Analyst and Data & Reporting Analyst. She enjoys watching Netflix K-Drama’s, spending time with friends, and is an avid movie goer.
