Pre-IRB Review
All research occurring at Children’s Hospital Colorado must be submitted through the Human Subjects Research Portal, which will route it to the CHCO Operational Needs Assessment committee for institutional review. CHCO will issue a clearance letter when they have completed their review, indicating that you may submit your application to COMIRB. Once you receive the clearance letter from the HSR Portal, include it in your COMIRB submission. COMIRB cannot review your submission without a CHCO clearance letter.

Quality Improvement
