On February 21, 2021, Peoplesoft Finance and Grants Management user interface will change from the “Classic” view and navigation to the “Fluid” view and navigation.
If you currently use the CU portal and/or Peoplesoft HCM you are already familiar with the Fluid user interface concept. This is the more modern concept of navigating via tiles and left-hand navigation groups. Fluid is also found to be more friendly for ease of use on small personal devices such as phone or tables. Next month the look of the Finance and Grants navigation will be updated to this concept. This includes navigation to Awards, Chartfields and Journal Entry.
Please watch for future announcements and training opportunities from the University Controller’s office. The Office of Grants and Contracts will also make announcements as these materials become available via our G&C Listserv.
The new internal routing procedures are designed to streamline the RPPR submission process and the initiation of Conflict of Interest verification. Contact xenia@ucdenver.edu with questions.
