When signing into ClinicalTrials.gov…

• The website to sign in is https://register.clinicaltrials.gov/
• The organization name is: UColorado
• Your user name is: your institutional email address (@cuanschutz, @ucdenver, etc.)
• Your password is your own (you may reset it using the “Forgot Password” link)

When registering your study…

• Responsible Party is always: Sponsor
• Sponsor is always: University of Colorado Denver
• Record owner is always: the PI
• Refer to the step-by-step attached registration instructions for guidance
• The completion dates are based on data collection (study visits), not on IRB closure or data analysis

And remember the ClinicalTrials.gov mantra: “Outcome measures must be measurable outcomes!”
