OnCore will be unavailable from 4pm on Wednesday, April 16th through Thursday, April 17th. OnCore is scheduled to be back online the morning of Friday, April 18th.
The OnCore environment is being migrated from our local hosting to Advarra One cloud hosting during this time.
We will utilize our newsletter to keep you informed about these outages and to announce when OnCore is back online.

UCHealth Downtime Instructions:
If you consent or enroll a patient to a study during downtime, please Email Marissa.Macri@uchealth.org with patient MRN and IRB number.
CHCO Downtime Instructions:
If you need to urgently enroll a patient in order to place Epic orders, please use relevant procedures for urgent/weekend enrollments: CCBD Afterhours Workflow Urgent Workflow.
Note that is you use this workflow, you are required to enter the enrollments in OnCore as soon as possible once OnCore is back up.
As a result of the move to the cloud, there will be a new sign-in process for OnCore.
Additionally, all team members will receive an email invitation from Advarra on Friday, which will include instructions for account creation.
Logging into Advarra One for the first time:
1. Look for an email invitation from Advarra (no-reply@advarracloud.com) and click the "Create Account" link in the email.
2. Complete the required fields on the following screen, and then select "Accept and Create Account."
3. This action will redirect you to the sign-in page. Please log in using your institutional email address and password. Moving forward, use the same email address to sign into Advarra One.
4. The new URL for access is: https://one.advarracloud.com.
The CU Anschutz Medical Campus, University of Colorado Health system (UCHealth) and the Children’s Hospital Colorado (CHCO) use OnCore as a campus-wide platform to manage clinical research and facilitate fiscal and operational compliance.
OnCore Support is available Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. - 5 p.m. Mountain Time.
To report an after-hours OnCore Outage, please call the OIT help desk at 303-724-HELP and choose option '2'.
We hold OnCore office hours virtually every Monday (excluding university holidays) from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Mountain Time. UCHealth, CHCO, and Portal representatives will be available when needed.
Registration for Zoom-based office hours is available up to one hour before the start of office hours. If you are registering less than an hour before the start of the session, please choose the next available session.
