1099 Reporting for Study Subjects
The 1099 / W-9 Reporting deadline for calendar year 2025 is January 6, 2026. All Gift Card or Petty Cash Fund programs that paid individuals over $100 during the calendar year must complete reporting. Contact PCGC with any questions.

Training Opportunity: 1099 | Reporting Updates in 2026
The next offering of the Fiscal Compliance in Practice training series takes place on January 21, 2026, addressing changes to the IRS 1099 reporting threshold and what these updates mean for W-9 collection and reporting requirements across campus. This session is recommended for anyone who processes payments to individuals via gift card, petty cash, SSP Form, or Payment Authorization Form.
Congratulations to the University’s Newest Certified Research Administrator
The University congratulates Brittney McVay for passing the Certified Research Administrator (CRA) exam. Brittney is a Post Award Grant Specialist with the Department of Pediatrics. Learn more about this achievement and the free CRA exam prep course available to all employees.
