Rusty on the outgoing subcontracting process? Want a reminder on what a fee for service is? Are you looking for an opportunity to pepper our CRC and OGC teams with questions about contracting at the University?
Then come to our new and improved SP11 courses! Keep a lookout for a separate announcement with a finalized schedule for this spring.
The new format will include two one-hour courses instead of one. Here’s a bit more info about each. Whether you are brand new or want a refresher, we try to make these courses well worth your time!
- SP11a: Incoming Funding and Non-Monetary Agreements. Taught alongside our CRC (formerly CRAO) partners. We’ll cover things like sponsored research agreements, flow through agreements, FDP templates for incoming funding, clinical trial agreements, IITs, Non-Monetary Data Use Agreements and material transfer agreements.
- SP11b: Outgoing funding and Issuing Agreements to Subrecipients. This is a new course that is primarily focused on outgoing funding, and the types of agreements that our OGC Subcontracting team can assist with. We’ll touch on best practices for scopes of work and budgets, the subs process, the attachments and request forms you should be familiar with, and a little on subrecipient monitoring.
