Time & Labor Project Update
Post-Award
Aug 13, 2026The University of Colorado is preparing to launch Time & Labor (T&L), a new centralized timekeeping system that will replace MyLeave and most third-party timekeeping systems across CU. The planned go-live date is February 28, 2027.
As part of this transition, all non-exempt employees will move to a bi-weekly pay schedule with this change. In addition, all newly hired employees, including exempt staff and faculty, will be paid bi-weekly. These changes may impact how Research Administrators track and report activities involving grant-funded employees, including considerations for payroll, effort reporting and sponsored project administration.
Research Administrators are encouraged to stay informed as CU releases additional guidance, training and resources to help prepare for the transition. Visit the CU Anschutz Time & Labor Project website for project updates, additional information, and ways to connect with the project team.
