As we are approaching the end of our 6 months forwarding period, we wanted to send a reminder about the recent update to our lockbox payment address. 

Wells Fargo has changed the address for our lockbox address for Sponsored Projects as of July 1, 2025. This notice is for our lockbox address specifically; however, this was a cross-campus change based on Wells Fargo changes to their services. 

Effective June 18^th, 2025, the new address is:

We have updated the remit to address on our sponsored projects invoices for all bills that went out after June 18^th, 2025. We also added alerts on the invoices to notify them of the change.

All new contracts issued or requests for payment address will reflect the new address.

Wells Fargo will forward payments from the old address for 6 months. As those payments are forwarded, we will work with payors to update. After 6 months payments will be returned to the sender.
