NASA is transitioning to SciENcv for its Biographical Sketch and Current and Pending (Other) Support disclosure forms. Beginning June 25, 2026, investigators may create and submit these required forms through SciENcv. During the transition period, NASA will accept either the existing Microsoft Word fillable forms or the new SciENcv-generated forms.

Effective September 1, 2026, all NASA grant and cooperative agreement proposals must include NASA-specific disclosure forms generated through SciENcv. Microsoft Word versions will no longer be accepted.

Principal Investigators and senior/key personnel preparing NASA proposals are encouraged to begin using SciENcv now to become familiar with the new process and ensure a smooth transition before the September 1 implementation date. Early adoption can help avoid delays during proposal preparation and submission.
