Updates

As a reminder, effective November 1, 2020, UCHealth Radiology implemented a $250.00 administrative/training fee for industry-sponsored studies requiring Radiology to review and implement Sponsor-specified imaging techniques. This fee will be charged per department requested. 

In addition, additional Radiology fees may be assessed, per protocol, regardless of the type of Sponsor. These fees will be listed in the ‘Subject’ tab in the Financial Console in OnCore and may include the following where appropriate: 

1. CD anonymization (per CD)- $40 
2. Dummy scan (per scan)- charge is based on the specific CPT code associated with the scan at the time the dummy scan is conducted. 
3. Phantom scan (per scan)- $350

Nuclear Medicine can also manage investigational radiopharmaceuticals for a fee.
