When entering a study monitor request, the PIN provided is used to provide access for the monitor to UCHealth’s Epic. The PIN should be unique to the monitor’s account and will be requested by IT should the monitor ever need a password reset. Please ask your monitor what PIN they would like to use prior to entering a request. If they have been a monitor at UCHealth for another study, they will be able to provide you with their existing and accurate PIN.
