For Study Team/ Monitor Medical Record Access Requests to UCHealth’s EHR, please submit with the UCHealth IT Service Manager system. All you need is your UCHealth or University of Colorado credentials to access the system. As a reminder, all access request must be submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to the visit. You can submit monitor requests earlier than two weeks if you have a scheduled visit.
