We have spent the past months reviewing, revising and updating the submission portals for human subjects research. As you know, these portals are used to submit most new studies, submit amendments to certain studies and to help all this information triage to the proper review and reviewers. We have merged the amendment and initial (aka HSR Portal) submissions into one single portal with appropriate branching logic. 

We are currently updating our webpages and instructions to support these new changes. We anticipate rolling this out next week.
