Reminder for Human Subject Research (HSR) Portal Submissions

The IRB ID from InfoEd (aka COMIRB numbers) are required on the Protocol Assessment Form for each submission to the HSR Portal. When this information is not included, the submission will be sent back to the submitter. A complete submission will help reduce delays.
