Instructions for Making Changes to HSR Portal Submissions
Feb 12, 2021Occasionally, changes must be made to the HSR portal survey. Once requested, a link and code will be provided to you by the HSR portal administrator. When you click this link to make changes, there are two options:
- Submit a return code
- Start over
If the “start over” button is selected, it will remove all responses from the form. Please use this option only when you need to delete every entry from your portal survey.
