An approval request may be denied if:
Any radiation worker in the lab is not up-to-date on required training
or
The lab possession or annual limit has been exceeded.
Radioactive Materials Purchase Approval
RAM purchases must not ship directly to the lab. EHS will deliver the package to the lab.
Please include your Requisition Number on the shipping label!

Limit increases may be requested by submitting a completed RAM Authorization Update
to radappNH@ucdenver.edu.
