Updated Key Information Template Consent Form

COMIRB has added a Key Information section to the beginning of our Biomedical Consent Template With Compound Optional Procedures and HIPAA Authorization. COMIRB has been writing this section but will require study teams to write their own Key Information starting in early 2026.
We have also posted guidance on how to write the Key Information section and will be giving a webinar on this topic on Friday, January 9 from 11-12.
