To understand how Export Control laws affect the research done in your department or by the University, you need to avail yourself of the offerings below. Certain employees, whose duties are involved with projects that require knowledge of export control regs, will have their training compliance tracked.
Principal Investigators are required to not only obtain needed training in export control areas but must see to it that all personnel involved in the related research projects take required
modules as well. Please contact Christine Ahearn the campus Export Control Officer if you have any questions about whether you or your colleagues are required to obtain particular training.
