The University of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus is fully committed to complying with all United States (U.S.) export control laws and regulations. As an accredited U.S. academic institution, the vast majority of the University's activities are shielded from Export Controls under the certain exemptions including the Fundamental Research, Educational Information and Public Information Exclusions. However, export controls impact other activities, including but not limited to hiring practices, international collaborations, shipping, and international travel, among others.
To ensure compliance with these laws, University activities will be managed in accordance with applicable Federal laws, rules and regulations and institutional policies and procedures.
