Committee manages conflicts of interest as they arise. The charge to the Committee is:
- review the annual disclosure forms;
- evaluate the type of conflict disclosed;
- develop a plan to manage the conflict of interest that identifies steps necessary to manage the conflict or eliminate the conflict;
- implement the management plan; and
- establish a monitoring procedure to verify that the conflicts are being managed
