Upcoming Change to Data Delivery Service Billing
Starting July 1
Health Data Compass Data Delivery Services will transition to a project-based hourly billing model. All projects, including smaller or previous no-cost requests, will be billable. Existing scoped and quoted projects will be honored at the agreed-upon price. Billing rates are now available on our Pricing page.

Custom Data Delivery Services are billed using a project-based hourly model. Our Data Delivery Team will work with you to scope your request and provide a Not-to-Exceed (NTE) estimate before work begins, giving you a clear understanding of anticipated costs. Billing is based on actual hours worked, up to the approved NTE amount. If you have a specific data need, please Request a Custom Data Delivery Project. Projects may also include hours for Administrative oversight or System Compliance review, where applicable. These will be reflected in your NTE estimate.
