Yes. All Data Delivery projects will incur a billable charge, including smaller requests that were previously completed at no cost.

Time is tracked by hours logged on your project, including effort for project management, report writing, code review, and substantive project communications such as requirements gathering or stakeholder reviews. 

Yes. We will provide a summary of time spent on your project upon completion. This will be included in the final invoice sent for payment. 

Projects that are not yet scoped and quoted before July 1 will follow the new hourly billing model. 

Yes. Access to Self-Service Data Delivery Tools, including re-identifying MRNs from TriNetX, will remain available at no cost. 

The NTE amount is the maximum you will be billed for a project. The estimate is established during the project planning phase before work begins.

No. You will not be billed beyond the agreed-upon NTE amount unless the project scope changes and a revised estimate is provided. 

You will be billed based on actual hours worked, which may be less than the NTE amount.

Any project that has already been scoped and quoted will be completed at the agreed-upon price.
