Continuous Improvement

Empowering multi-disciplinary stakeholders to be collaborative architects in the planning, implementation and sustainability of quality and process improvement initiatives through the ongoing improvement of products, services, or processes. These efforts can seek “incremental” improvement over time or “breakthrough” improvement all at once.

About Us

The work of continuous process improvement is not the job of any one person.  Ultimately, the key objective is to empower staff at every level to identify problems and investigate new ways to run the “business of research”. This staff empowerment will be a key success factor to create a culture of continuous improvement that brings sustainable growth in both research and operational outcomes at CU.

Our Mission

With humility and respect for every individual, we support CU’s research community by using evidence-based improvement methodologies to enable discovery, drive transformation, and increase the collective impact of research practices and operations.
