Pricing and Price Quotes
All services are provided on a fee-for-service basis. As a service center, we are not-for-profit and operate on a strict break-even model.
Study teams must engage CURP early in budget development to ensure accurate fee assessment based on operational requirements. Final study budgets are determined through individualized assessments based on complexity, drug storage and handling, and preparation requirements. Pricing Updates: Pricing is updated annually in July; however, CURP may adjust prices at any time as needed. Please anticipate an approximate annual increase of up to 6% over the course of study progression, based on the initial fee schedule.
Important Notice:
This fee schedule is for planning and estimation purposes only and must not be used to finalize clinical trial agreements (CTAs) or study budgets without prior review and written approval from CURP.
Only billing agreements reviewed and approved by CURP will be considered valid. Sponsor agreements executed without CURP approval may require revision and may not be supported.
Use of this fee schedule without CURP consultation may result in incorrect service categorization and inaccurate budget estimates.
Effective Date: This FY27 fee schedule applies to all studies starting July 1, 2026, unless a prior CURP-approved agreement is already in place.
