Clinical Research Workforce Development Program

This program was developed by the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and is supported by the Colorado Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (CCTSI) through NIH/NCATS grant UM1TR004399.

This program fosters opportunities for collaboration, communication and connection with the clinical research community, expands diversity of the profession and provides clarity of the promotion and career path of research service professionals.

Our Work Force Development Advocates seeks to improve the support, training, and career development of the clinical research profession at CU Anschutz.

The goals of this initiative are to:

  • Engage with clinical research professionals across campus to identify the needs of research staff.
  • Promote a professional community and encourage input from research service professionals.
  • Advocate for meaningful support and opportunities to grow professionally and develop a well- defined career path in research services.
