COVID-19 Biobank Specimen Repository

We have created a centralized biobank and governance structure to collect and manage access to COVID-19 positive samples to facilitate research in this area at the CU Anschutz Medical Campus.

Given the current environment non-COVID-19 studies should not be using the biospecimen bank unless previously authorized.

Please submit an application before applying to the IRB for approval. It will be reviewed by the COVID-19 Biobank Steering and Allocation Committee in a timely manner. This ensures maximizing the use of existing studies and clinical data available via Compass.
