2026 Institutional Biosafety Committee Schedule
The application deadline is noon (12:00 MT) on the indicated date. Late applications will not be accepted.
Note: IBC protocol applications undergo administrative review prior to review by the full IBC. Any application that is found to be incomplete or otherwise unprepared for full IBC review will be returned to the Principal Investigator with recommendations for completion. IBC protocols resubmitted after the deadline may be considered for review at the next IBC meeting date if time constraints and workload allow. To ensure review at the desired IBC meeting date, applications will need to be resubmitted as early as possible (which may be 2-3 months prior to an IBC protocol expiration date).| APPLICATION DEADLINE | MEETING DATE |

Applications receive administrative prereview prior to full review performed by the IBC. Any application needing revisions prior to full committee review will be returned to the laboratory with recommendations for completion. Revised applications will need to be resubmitted to the IBC office by the laboratory before noon on the deadline indicated.
To ensure review at the desired meeting date (outlined in the other tab), please submit your application as early as possible.
