2024 Institutional Biosafety Committee Schedule
Application deadlines are noon (12 p.m. MDT/MST) on the indicated dates; late applications will not be accepted.
Note: IBC protocol applications undergo administrative review prior to review by the full IBC. Any application that is found to be incomplete or otherwise unprepared for full IBC review will be returned to the Principal Investigator with recommendations for completion. IBC protocols resubmitted after the deadline may be considered for review at the next IBC meeting date. To ensure review at the desired IBC meeting date, applications will need to be resubmitted as early as possible.

Applications receive administrative review prior to going to the committee. Any application that is found to be incomplete or otherwise unprepared for full committee review will be returned to the PI with recommendations for completion.
Resubmitted protocols received after the deadline may be considered for review at the next IBC meeting date. To ensure review at the desired meeting date (outlined in the next tab), please submit your application as early as possible.
