Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC)

The Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) is responsible for the oversight and evaluation of the Institution's animal care and use program, procedures and facilities, ensuring compliance with the recommendations in the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals, Animal Welfare Act and PHS Policy.

Deadline for January 12, 2026 meeting is December 19, 2025

*If your protocol has USDA-covered species (any warm blooded vertebrate animal with the exception of birds and rats and mice bred for research) a veterinary pre-review is required.
