Reporting Animal Welfare Concerns
No facility employee, committee member, or laboratory personnel shall be discriminated against or subject to any reprisal for reporting violations
Animal Welfare Act
In compliance with the Animal Welfare Act and the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals, the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) and Institutional Official (IO) will investigate any reported animal welfare concern.
To file a report:
- Submit a written report to any of the contacts below
- If possible, the report should include the date, time, location, animal species, animal identification, personnel involved, and any other relevant information.
The reporter's identity will be kept confidential. Anonymous reports are accepted via the CU EthicsLine website.
