Submit Letter of Intent
- For standard opportunities, PIs may begin assembling grant materials.
- For Limited Submissions, once PIs receive green light to apply, standard application proess will resume.

Invite Faculty to participate in an opportunity
- Assist in reaching out to associated faculty to invite to participate
- Gather biosketches and preliminary department information
- Send departments blank tables to be filled in by department administration or faculty

Gather all submission materials
- Ensure that you follow instructions specific to your proposal, each institution has different requirements.

Make Required Changes to Proposal
- Carefully review notes received from your analyst at Office of Grants and Contracts.
- Your analyst will have gone over all aspects of the proposal and pointed out any issues which need to be resolved before submission to NIH or other funding source.

Submit the final version of your proposal to Office of Grants and Contracts
- You do not need to reroute to OGC for a second review.
- Rebuild your proposal in InfoEd and notify OGC via email at eapp.xenia@ucdenver.edu that it is ready for submission.
- OGC will submit your grant on your behalf.
