Clinical Trial Budget Development & Negotiation

This instructor-led, virtual class is aimed at individuals new to, or somewhat familiar with, study budget development. Staff responsible for developing and negotiating budgets for industry-sponsored clinical trials conducted by University faculty investigators on the Anschutz Medical Campus should attend. Special thanks to the Budgeting Working Group (CCTO, HCTU, Renal Medicine, Neurology, and CReST) for their efforts developing this seminar.

This course falls within the Joint Task Force (JTF) Competency Framework Domain 5: Study and Site Management. Encompasses content required at the site level to run a study (financial and personnel aspects). Includes site and study operations (not encompassing regulatory/GCPs).
