Healthy volunteers needed to study the effects of hormones on headache. Participants should be 11 - 20 years of age, male sex and male gender identity, with or without a history of headaches.
This is a study evaluating the function of skeletal muscle and blood vessels in response to exercise in men and women between the ages of 18-55 who may or may not have type 2 diabetes. There are a total of 4 study visits, and the study will take approximately 2 months to complete. All visits take place at the Anschutz Medical campus and each visit lasts approximately 1.5 hours. These visits will be scheduled at a time that is convenient for you but do need to take place Monday-Friday. Testing during these visits include a physical exam, blood draws, questionnaires, exercising on a stationary bike, MRI scans of your leg and an optional cardiac MRI. Volunteers should be between ages 21-55, No history of alcohol abuse, tobacco, or other recreational drug abuse, No chronic medical conditions.

We are seeking women who are between 18-50 years old, have endometriosis or fibroids, seeking birth control, regular menstrual cycles and BMI greater or equal to 18 kg/m2.
The goal for this study is to understand how the timing of offering a new food repeatedly affects how much of that food your child eventually accepts and how eagerly they accept it. When you enroll, you will visit the Children's Eating Lab in Aurora 4 times over 3 months. You will offer the new food to your child at home 10 times over 6 weeks. As a participant you will receive food to offer your child and a gift card as a thank you for your time. You may be able to take part in Healthy Starts if you are at least 18 years old and you have a child between 9-12 months old, who was born full term and does not have a medical condition that makes feeding difficult.
