Participants will complete 7-8 visits. Some participants will be asked to split screening into two visits. After screening, participants will be given either semaglutide or a placebo and will be asked to self-administer the medication once weekly. Four visits will include blood draws and three visits will include a frequently sampled urine test. Participants will also be asked to provide a stool sample after screening and at their final in-person visit. Participants should be type 2 diabetic and be treated with metformin only.

Inclusion Criteria:
Men and Women volunteers needed for a research study investigating painful and non-painful muscle. Seeking individuals who are generally healthy and either experience or free from regular tension headaches and aged between 18-59.
We are looking for families with children aged between 6 and 24 months to an attenuated live virus vaccine for human respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) as part of the 5th enrollment season of a double-blind, randomized, and placebo-controlled study.
The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is looking for interested adults 60 and over to participate in a research study examining how inflammation influences brain health. Data gathered from this study will be used to better understand how inflammation may or may not disrupt thinking and memory. Participation involves two research visits over the course of two years.

To be eligible for the study, participants must be between 18-65 years old, have a BMI between 25-45, and be able to complete an MRI scan.
Healthy postmenopausal women volunteers (55-75 years) are needed for an observational study. Two visits (screening [1.5 hrs] and testing [3 hrs]).
To research more about ovulation (the process of egg release from the ovary) in the setting of recently placed etonogestrel implants (Nexplanon®).

The purpose of this research study is to learn more about the safety and effectiveness of a drug called sargramostim for improving cognitive function and memory in people with Alzheimer's disease. Participants will be asked to participate in weekly visits for 24 weeks (6 months), as well as screening and follow-up visits. Weekly appointments will be conducted at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colorado. Compensation Provided. Study related care and medication at no cost. These visits may include some of the following procedures:Cognitive testing, Twice weekly blood draws, Health Questionnaires, Study Partner Questionnaires, Lumbar Puncture (spinal tap), MRI, PET scan, Treatment/placebo injection 5x a week during treatment phase.
