Men and Women volunteers needed for a research study investigating painful and non-painful muscle. Seeking individuals who are generally healthy and either experience or free from regular tension headaches and aged between 18-59.

We are recruiting breast cancer survivors who are being treated with endocrine therapy to participate in this study. The study includes cardiorespiratory fitness testing, insulin resistance measurements, a body composition scan, and two weeks of free-living activity monitoring.
There are 4-11 visits; procedures include blood draws, administration of a challenge dose of the shingles vaccine, and may consist of a skin biopsy. The FDA-approved Shingrix vaccine will be offered at study conclusion to participants who've never received it before.

Women and men needed for research study looking at the effects of exercise on the cardiovascular system. We are looking for sedentary people both with and without type 2 diabetes between the ages of 30-55 with a BMI between 25-40. Women must be pre-menopausal. Interested participants should currently be exercising less than one hour per week.
Participation will include 1 study visit. Participation will consist of a pelvic exam, 3 transvaginal ultrasounds, and 2 menstrual cup insertions and removals.
To research more about ovulation (the process of egg release from the ovary) in the setting of recently placed etonogestrel implants (Nexplanon®).
This study evaluates the effect of long term cannabis/marijuana smoking on lung health.
