The information we gain from this study will be used to help design future exercise programs for osteoporosis prevention, therapy, and improve outcomes for Veterans who are at risk for osteoporosis. Volunteers for this study must be Veterans who are at least 60 years old and in generally good health. They must be used to regular exercise lasting at least 1 hour, not currently taking osteoporosis medication, and have no history of diabetes or cardiovascular disease.
