Service Contract Survey Request

On behalf of the Office of Vice Chancellor for Research, we are asking for participating in a brief survey on service contracts.

We have a large number of service contracts on the CU Anschutz campus for small, medium, and large equipment some requiring regular repair and/or yearly certification. With a more organized and coordinated effort across campus, we will have significant cost savings for individual investigators as well as larger units.

This survey is to determine if you would you be interested in working with procurement to negotiate lower prices for your existing service contracts.  We would like to learn more about your service contracts options and experiences.

Your responses will inform us on the various options the University can explore in order to better meet your needs in both service quality and costs.

This survey will be sent as a two-part survey.

Begin the initial survey, which is meant to gather information on those interested in moving forward with this plan and will take less than 5 minutes to complete.

Thanks in advance for your time.

This bulletin is distributed on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month for the CU Anschutz Research Community.
