Reminders and Tips:

• The annual collection period is from mid-August to October 31^st
• Remember to submit any new or changed relationships within 30 days of the change, addition, or elimination
• If you and your spouse are required to complete a disclosure, the disclosures should match and include both parties’ relationships

Required Participants:

• Personnel on a grant or contract responsible for the design, conduct, and/or reporting of research
• Research Committee Members
• Staff who negotiate or execute contracts and/or research agreements on behalf of the University
• Advancement staff
• Area/program administrators
• University officers
