CU Data Update – Go-Live Date Postponed
The CU-Data reporting system upgrade to Cognos 12 was originally expected to go-live March 15th. However, the CU System’s reporting team identified an issue that needs to be addressed by the software vendor before we can go live.
To stay updated on the future go-live date, please visit the CU-Data Upgrade website. Webinars to demonstrate the changes in CU Data have also been postponed until further notice.
PRE AWARD
NIH Letter of Intent (LOI) for Foreign Sites
To aid compliance with foreign sites, OGC has created an additional letter of intent to inform collaborators of NIH NOT-OD-23-133 and NOT-OD-23-18 which states that, “For foreign subrecipients, a provision requiring the foreign subrecipient to provide copies of all lab notebooks, all data, and all documentation that supports the research outcomes as described in the progress report. These supporting materials must be provided to prime recipient with each scientific update (no less than once every three months) in line with the timelines outlined in the agreement.” This language has been in our sub-award agreement for foreign institutions for some time. The new letter of intent highlights this text and begins the conversation sooner with our subsites.

Statewide Single Audit for Fiscal Year 2023 Now Available
To review the audit report for FY 2023, please visit the Colorado State website: Statewide Single Audit, Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2023 | Colorado General Assembly. University of Colorado Denver Anschutz Medical Campus can be found in section II-47. As being under the Department of Higher Education, there were no findings for federal awards specific to University of Colorado Denver Anschutz Medical Campus awards, therefore there is not an additional expanded section under findings.

Team Updates
Join us in welcoming our newest team members!
Jamie Geary joined the Accounts Receivable team earlier this year. She is a Colorado native who will be finishing her bachelor’s degree soon in accounting with emphasis in data analytics. She plans to begin an MBA program after graduation. In her free time, Jamie enjoys running half marathons (she's currently training for a full marathon) and reading. If you're looking to join a ladies book club, let her know.
Charlie Haase is joining the Post Award team as a Senior Specialist. Charlie comes to us from Texas where he gained experience working in higher education for the past few years. In his downtime, he likes to have game nights with family, go for walks and spend time with his dog.
Candice Quinlan, originally from NYC, moved to Denver in 2016 to explore all that the Mountain-West has to offer. Her hobbies include hiking, travelling, and reading. With a background in customer service and account management, Candice joins the Sponsored Projects Award Setups team as an Award Setup Specialist and is excited to be part of the CU community.
