Looking for subjects between ages 60 years and 85 years to verify the clinical benefit of monthly doses of aducanumab in slowing cognitive and functional impairment as measured by changes in CDR-SB score as compared with placebo in participants with early Alzheimer's disease.

IMPAACT 2021 RSV Vaccine Study

We are looking for volunteers to participate in a research study to receive a vaccine or placebo to help researchers learn more about how to prevent Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) illness in infants and children. Your child can participate if they have a healthy immune system and have never had an illness caused by RSV.
  • The study lasts 6 to 10 months
  • Vaccine is given as nasal drops
  • You will be compensated for your time

University of Colorado - Restoring Efficient Sleep After TBI (CU REST)

You may be eligible if you are between ages 18 and 60, had a traumatic brain injury over a year ago, currently have insomnia, and have reliable access to the internet. Participants must be living in the State of Colorado.

All study procedures will be completed remotely and may include questionnaires, structured clinical interviews, a brief cognitive screener, and a self-directed computerized cognitive behavioral intervention for insomnia with assistance from a clinician. Compensation will be provided. Total participation will take between 2-20 hours over nine weeks.

If you were pregnant in the last three years and have NEVER had COVID, you may be eligible to join the RECOVER study. 


Equol (Soy-based Dietary Supplement) for Improving Blood Vessel Function in Postmenopausal Women

Equol (Soy-based Dietary Supplement) for Improving Blood Vessel Function in Postmenopausal Women

Postmenopausal women are needed for a research study testing the effect of a single-dose equol supplementation on blood vessel function.

Participation will include 3 or 4 in-person visits lasting between 2 to 6 hours each.


Morning vs. Evening EXercise (The TIMEX Study)

Morning vs. Evening EXercise (The TIMEX Study)

Research study participants will be randomized to exercise either in the morning or in the evening. Volunteers will receive a free 13-month exercise program and access to the Anschutz Health and Wellness Fitness Center. 

You may qualify for this research study if you meet the following criteria:
  • Adult between 18 and 55 years old 
  • Generally healthy without diabetes or heart disease
  • Non-smoker
  • Not currently exercising more than 150 minutes per week
  • Overweight or Obese (BMI between 25.0 and 40.0 kg/m2)
  • Do not regularly work overnight shifts

Compensation Provided.

Study in Parkinson Disease of Exercise Phase 3 Clinical Trial: SPARX3

We are seeking volunteers to participate in a clinical trial to learn more about the effects of aerobic exercise on people with Parkinson's disease.

You may be eligible to participate if you:
  • Have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease within the last 3 years and are not yet taking medications for your PD symptoms
  • You do not plan to start medication for PD within the next 6 months
  • Are willing to take part in a regular treadmill exercise program 4x/week for 18 months and participate in study visits periodically for 24 months
  • Are 40 - 80 years old

You may be eligible if you:
  • Male

REACH - Role of Microvascular Insulin Resistance and Cardiorespiratory Fitness in Diabetes

We are searching for individuals with Type 2 Diabetes who are not being treated with insulin to participate in a research study. Eligible participants will receive a free 15-week supervised exercise program and will complete 11 additional research testing visits. You may be eligible if:
  • You are an individual with Type 2 Diabetes between the ages of 30-55 years
  • You are a non-smoker
  • You currently exercise less than 1 hour per week
