Learn moreThe University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is looking for teenagers 13-16 to participate in a research study examining how puberty blockers and estrogen affect cardiac health. Data from this study will be used to further understand the risks associated with estrogen use in transgender youth.
Research study participants will be randomized to exercise either in the morning or in the evening. Volunteers will receive a free 13-month exercise program and access to the Anschutz Health and Wellness Fitness Center.

The purpose of this study is to test if taking 10 months of semaglutide can help restore ovulation in young and adult women with PCOS. Participants who qualify will get 10 months of semaglutide, measurement of body composition, and diabetes testing before and after treatment with semaglutide.
