The CU Clinical Research Peer Mentor Program is designed to strengthen the clinical research community by fostering connection, community, and professional growth. Using a facilitated peer mentorship model, the program brings together cohorts of newer clinical research professionals under the guidance of experienced mentors, creating a supportive environment for learning and development.
Our mission is to integrate emerging professionals into the CU clinical research community, aligning with CU’s vision, mission, and values. Mentors offer personalized support to encourage career advancement, connect mentees to essential campus resources, and cultivate a strong sense of belonging within the research community. By investing in mentorship, we aim to empower participants to thrive professionally, strengthen engagement across the CU system, and build a resilient, collaborative research culture that drives innovation and excellence.
