NIH Other Support Signature

In a last-minute change of events, the NIH is no longer allowing “wet ink” signatures. Unfortunately, this has come to include Other Support document printed and then scanned in.

Can Other Support be signed with a wet signature or a typed name?  No, wet and typed names will not be accepted as signatures. Electronic signatures are required.

What is NIH really looking for when they request electronic signatures?  They are looking for documents that are signed with product like DocuSign or Adobe Digital Certificate. Please reach out if there are questions about how to sign electronically.

Intercampus Subcontracts F&A Waivers 

In support of the goal to enable broader research opportunities, stronger proposal submissions, and subsequently larger and more strategic awards for the CU system as a whole, CU Anschutz, CU Boulder, CU Colorado Springs and CU Denver have all agreed to remove the F&A charge on the first $25,000 of direct costs on all intercampus subcontracts.

OGC POST AWARD

DUNS Transition to UEI

We are finally approaching the long-anticipated change date of the Transition from DUNS Number to New Unique Entity Identifier. The change will officially take place on April 4. We have published the UEI number on the main page of our OGC website under Frequently Required Grant Info and Data.
